 Growing requirements

Light: Full sun
Mature size: 2-4 in. diameter
Soil: Carnivorous Plant Soil Mix, Pure peat, peat-sand mix, or long-fiber sphagnum
Feeding: Feed bugs, dried bloodworms, or fish food every 2-3 weeks, only use fertilizer if you have plenty of experience growing carnivorous plants
Humidity: 50-90%
Water: Keep wet at all times during the active growing season, use rain or distilled water, only use tap water if it is low in salts and minerals (PPM of 50-140, the lower the number the better)
Temperature: 45-90°F, this species prefers warm roots so a heat mat is beneficial
Dormancy period: Dormant during the ‘dry season’. Trigger dormancy by reducing the length of the photoperiod for about around 3 months. Reduce watering during dormancy and only feed if there is dew on the traps.
