We can only ship orders within the United States.
Delivery Timing & Conditions
We ship most plants spring through fall (Mar – Oct). Orders placed for available stock during winter months (Nov – Feb) will be held until the following season.
Regardless of season, if you are expecting a delivery, please be aware of weather conditions on your end. Make arrangements with your local carrier if there is a risk plants will be left in a cold or excessively hot location once delivered. We aren’t responsible for the death or damage of plants due to the delivery location.
To reduce time in unfavorable transit conditions and keep stress on plants to a minimum, all shipments are sent out toward the beginning of the week. Orders placed on Tuesdays after 6 PM EST will ship the following week.
Carriers & Order Tracking
We use USPS to deliver orders.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Returns & Refunds
Plant orders are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are healthy and meet advertised size ranges. In addition, we supply planting instructions and care requirements on our website and in each shipment. However, because ongoing viability is dependent on consistently meeting planting and care requirements, all sales are final.
Excluding damage caused by excessive heat or cold at the delivery location, if a plant appears to have been damaged during shipping, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the plant and we will offer a refund.
Accepted Method of Payment
Your account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your account will be refunded.
