We can only ship orders within the United States at this time.
Delivery Timing & Conditions
We ship most plants spring through fall (Mar – Oct). Orders placed for available stock during winter months (Nov – Feb) will be held until the following season.
Regardless of season, if you are expecting a delivery, please be aware of weather conditions on your end. Make arrangements with your local carrier if there is a risk plants will be left in a cold or excessively hot location once delivered. We aren’t responsible for the death or damage of plants due to unfavorable conditions at the delivery site.
To avoid packages sitting in the post office an extra day on Sundays, live plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed on Wednedays after 8 AM EST may be held and shipped the following Monday.
Carriers & Order Tracking
We use USPS to deliver orders. If a tracking number is provided by USPS, we will update your order with this information.
Returns & Refunds
We understand adjusting a plant to a new environment and learning its specific needs can be challenging. To assist with these processes, we supply planting instructions and care requirements on our website and in each shipment. However, since ongoing viability is dependent on consistently meeting the planting and care requirements, all sales are final. Please see exception below.
We get it. For one reason or another, plants can be damaged during shipping. If this happens (excluding causes of cold or excessive heat at the delivery site), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photo evidence and we will offer a refund or replacement as stock allows.
Accepted Method of Payment
Your account will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your account will be refunded.
