Shipping Policy

We can only ship orders within the United States at this time.

Delivery Timing & Conditions

We ship most plants spring through fall (Mar – Nov). Orders placed for available stock during winter months (Dec – Feb) will be held until the following season.

Regardless of season, if you are expecting a delivery, please be aware of weather conditions on your end. Make arrangements with your local carrier if there is a risk plants will be left in a cold or excessively hot location once delivered. We aren’t responsible for the death or damage of plants due to unfavorable conditions at the delivery site.

To avoid packages sitting in the post office an extra day on Sundays, live plant orders are shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays. Orders placed on Wednesdays after 8 AM EST may be held and shipped the following Monday.

Carriers & Order Tracking

Orders are shipped USPS Priority or First Class Mail depending on the weight of the package. We will email you a tracking number once your order ships.

Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

For the most part, our product photos represent how plants look when mature or during their peak growing season.  The plants you receive may vary somewhat in color, shape, and size depending on their age, phase of growth cycle, and light availability. We do our best to note any significant changes on the individual product pages but please keep these variations in mind when ordering.

We also understand adjusting a plant to a new environment and learning its specific needs can be challenging. To assist with this process, we supply planting instructions on our website and in each shipment and are also happy to answer questions via our contact page. Once an order is delivered however, ongoing viability is solely dependent on the customer consistently meeting the plant’s needs.

With these things in mind, all sales are final with the exception below.


Occasionally plants can be damaged or become overly stressed during shipping. If this happens (excluding causes of cold or excessive heat at the delivery site), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photo documentation and we will offer a refund or replacement as stock allows.

Your account or credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your account or credit card will be refunded. All account and credit card information is kept private and processed securely through PayPal or Braintree depending on the method selected.
