Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
We are located in Loveland, Ohio (just outside of Cincinnati) in the United States.
Can you ship plants outside of the U.S.?
Due to the array of customs regulations that vary by country, we only ship plants within the United States at this time. If looking to import to Canada, please see below.
Shipping to Canada
As the sender, we cannot ship directly to Canada due to the need for a phytosanitary certificate. Under the the Canadian Houseplants from the U.S. exception though, you may have us ship to a U.S. address near the border for you to transport the rest of the way through customs. Please review the latest requirements through the Canadian Food Inspection Agency prior to ordering.
Can I come visit the nursery or pick up my order?
At the moment, the nursery is run from our private residence and so we cannot offer in-person visits or order pickup at this time. Orders must be placed through the website and shipped.
Do you offer wholesale?
Sometimes. Wholesale pricing is dependent on current stock availability. Please contact us with the types and quantities of plants you are interested in and we will get back with you on availability.
When will my order ship?
We ship plants year round, Monday through Friday. Orders are prioritized and shipped based on the order they are received and/or their complexity. Our typical processing time is 2-5 business days but may be a little longer if we are experiencing high volume.
The plant I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
The timeframe of inventory availability depends on many factors. If a plant is marked out of stock, please submit your email through the stock notification form on the product page and we will email you when more are available. You can also receive updates by subscribing to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram. We regularly announce new and restocked plants through these channels.
