Where are you located?
We are located in Loveland, Ohio (just outside of Cincinnati) in the United States.
Can you ship plants outside of the United States?
Due to the wide array of customs regulations that vary by country, we only ship plants within the United States at this time. If looking to import to Canada, please see below.
Shipping to Canada
As the sender, we cannot ship directly to Canada due to the need for a phytosanitary certificate. However, under the Canadian Houseplants from the U.S. exemption, a receiver may have us ship to a U.S. address near the border for pick-up without certificates as long as the package is in possession of the receiver at the time of entry into Canada. Please review the requirement specifics through the Canadian Food Inspection Agency prior to ordering for further details.
Can I come visit the nursery or pick up my order?
At the moment, the nursery is run from our private residence. We do not offer in-person visits or order pickup at this time. Orders must be placed through the website and shipped via FedEx or USPS.
When will my order ship?
We ship year round, Monday through Friday. After an order is placed, our standard processing time is 2-5 business days (excluding transit time). Occasionally processing time may be a little longer if we are experiencing high volume. In cases of extreme weather or other events that may result in extended transit delays, we reserve the right to hold orders until conditions improve. If our standard processing time has passed and you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please check your email junk folder or contact us below.

- Order modifications or cancellations may or may not be feasible depending on where we are in the packing process but we do our best to accommodate.
- For damaged or dead plants, please review our Live Arrival Guarantee & Return Policy for information on what is covered.
- Please provide photo documentation of plants or items that arrive damaged.
The plant I want is out of stock, when will you have more?
The timeframe of inventory availability depends on several factors. If a plant is marked out of stock, please submit your email through the stock notification form on the product page and we will email you when more are available. You can also receive updates by subscribing to our newsletter and following us on Facebook and Instagram.
Do you offer wholesale?
We occasionally offer plants at wholesale pricing. Availability is dependent on current stock quantities. Please contact us with the type(s) and number of plants you are interested in and we will get back with you.
