This Pinguicula agnata x gypsicola hybrid is our own cross. The mother plant is P. agnata ‘Red Leaf’ so the offspring develop a nice pinkish color under strong light. The leaves are wide like P. agnata but elongated like P. gypsicola. P. agnata x gypsicola prefers a loose mineral-based substrate that drains easily. Please note: Some plants are more green on arrival but will turn pink with time under intense light.

Size and packing method: You will receive a bare root plant about 1 inch in diameter, carefully wrapped in a damp paper towel. If selecting with soil mix, you will receive a little over one cup of our prepackaged Mexican Butterwort Potting Mix in addition to the bare root plant. This quantity of soil is roughly enough to fill one 2.5 x 2.5 x 3.5 inch square pot.
Growing requirements
