Please add a 72 hour heat pack to your order if you are concerned plants may be exposed to temperatures below 40°F during shipping. We also recommend upgrading shipping to FedEx 2Day at checkout to prevent the heat pack from running out before the package is delivered.

This warmer worked very well. My pants arrived very healthy in the middle of December.

This heat pack works very well and is a must in the colder climate, highly recommend

Not sure how to rate the heat packs. I think I would order two instead of one next time because the plants came a little chilly—alive and beautiful but chilly. The plants were cold to the touch and so was the heat pack until the heat pack sat in a warm room and then it became warm to the touch. Despite being meticulously shrink wrapped in plastic and insulated with paper, it was definitely chilly enough to temporarily stunt a plant. I’m half tempted to send a cooler for my next order. I’ll rate it five stars because the plants came alive, you can get two packs, and they are absolutely necessary—also the grower is amazing—and the temperatures are now very very cold between Ohio and Pittsburgh.

Did the job but may not have lasted 72 hours

This was cool by the time it arrived, but the plants survived a FedEx truck in December in the northeast, so it seemed to work!
