Heat pack wasn’t warm anymore when my plant arrived. No fault of the shop. It was just really and I mean really cold and windy outside the day my plant arrived. When I ordered my plant I didn’t realize the weather was going to change so drastically in 2 days. My plant was shipped super quick upon ordering.
