Pinguicula laueana is a tropical butterwort native to the Mixe Highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. It was discovered by Alfred Lau in 1978 and is currently the only butterwort known to produce red flowers.

    So pretty in person. I now have 7 different ping varieties spread over 3 orders, and all are doing amazing. They come carefully packaged, in great condition, easy acclimation and care instructions. I usually use their specific mexican buttwort mix which has perfomed great as well, these are temporarily in moss as I had it more easily on hand.
