Utricularia blanchetii is a tropical terrestrial bladderwort native to central Bahia in Brazil. It blooms freely, with multiple flowers on each stalk. The subterranean traps of Utricularia are the fastest of all carnivorous plants and can capture prey in less than one millisecond. Size and packing method: Plants are shipped as 1 inch plugs of soil. Upon arrival, the plug will need to be planted in a larger container. Each plug contains multiple plants.

    This one came in bloom. So pretty & petite. Packaged well, particularly for a bog plant. Soil was wet & most of the flowers intact.
