Utricularia livida is a terrestrial bladderwort native to Mexico and Africa. It prefers warm temperate to tropical climates and flowers continuously in ideal conditions. While it doesn’t typically produce seed, it is an easy grower and spreads quickly through the soil making it a good window sill or terrarium plant. U. livida was originally described in 1837 by Ernst Heinrich Friedrich Meyer. See additional information below.

Fast shipping and a healthy plant. Love this cute little Utricularia. Can’t wait to see flowers. Only complaint is that the plants were a little sparse especially compared to the astounding quality of the other things I ordered. Not a big issue though and I’m sure it will fill in wonderfully!
