Drosera spiralis is a tropical sundew native to the highlands of Brazil. It unfurls long thin leaves that initially emerge from the crown of the plant in tight spirals. Originally D. spiralis was considered synonymous with D. graminifolia which was first described in 1826 but was later reclassified as its own species in 2012.
